It has a long cushion on the floor, a pillow and a bookshelf in which the covers of books face out. One of my proudest moments was when my son chose the library over the park on a day off. It is amazing to see him learning how to read now. My boys fight over the one Leapster we have, and the older one could use an upgrade. My 7 year old son, who has autism sometimes will read to his 3 year old little sister - and I just love that. She sees his excellent reading skills as motivation to learn the letters so she can "do it herself". My son had the original leapster when he was younger - the big chunky one. It was great and went everywhere with us, but it got broken and I've been on the face of replacing it.
